What You'll do
- Contribute to team goals by accomplishing tasks while meeting key performance targets
- Maintain a safe and clean work environment by keeping pallet areas, racks, shelves and workstations neat and orderly
- Prepare paperwork for related shipments including but not limited to Packing Slips, Bills of Lading and Hazmat Declarations
- Maintain inventory control by utilizing appropriate equipment, performing cycle counts and performing reconciliation of counts
- Maintain quality service by following organizational standards
- Maintain a clean and safe environment
- Interact with all levels of the organization, as needed
- Follow standard processes to build and produce standard and custom products to defined specifications in production paperwork and project documentation
- Perform product modifications and product packaging to PBL (Project Business Logistics) specifications
- Material handling tasks associated with working in a production-type environment
- Package and stage completed product for shipment
- Conserves resources by using equipment and supplies as needed to accomplish job results
- Documents actions by completing production and quality forms
- Other duties as needed or assigned
What You’ll Bring
- High School Diploma or GED, required
- Minimum of four (4) years’ experience in a warehousing or manufacturing environment, preferred
- Direct or indirect leadership experience, preferred
- Literate in personal computing, moderate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including but not limited to MS Excel, MS Word and MS Outlook, preferred
- Detail oriented, thorough, accurate, organized, productive with the ability to seek and understand cause/effect of a given situation
- Exceptional math skills involving decimals and fractions
- Power equipment skills (forklift, pallet jack)
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Ability to work in a team environment and maintain self- responsibility
- Ability to stay committed, maintain integrity and practice innovation
- Dependability a must
- Capable of prioritizing project pick/pack/ship
- Flexibility in work schedule required
- Willingness to travel to support HNA distribution network, preferred
