What You'll do

<span style=" display:block;">• Take responsibility for full-stack SAP development • Continuously enhance components and the development toolchain according to SAP best practices.• Execute and participate in testing activities in collaboration with insert team, e.g., QA or Business teams • Perform code quality checks and conduct code reviews. • Understand the Hilti system landscape, implement defined architectures, and contribute to improving existing solutions using SAP best practices. • Implement, assess, and manage Software Lifecycle Management and Continuous Integration tools. • Maintain SAP-related software by identifying and resolving root causes of defects, adapting to environmental changes, and implementing enhancements. • Translate software architecture into detailed design, code, unit and modular tests, and optimize performance using SAP ABAP, CDS, RAP, SAP Fiori Elements, SAP UI5, and ABAP OO (SAP Gateway, SAP ERP, etc.).</span>

What You’ll Bring

  • Completed master's degree in Computer Science or related field • At least 10 years of international software professional experience • Hands-on experience in S4HANA environmen • Strong understanding of SAP modules, especially SD and integrated modules • Excellent communication skills, customer-oriented thinking, along with a strong drive for success and a high level of commitment • Very good ABAP skills: new ABAP syntax, integration methods, best practices, OOP, performance, debugging, clean code, enhancement framework, dialog programming model, OData Services (OData V2, OData V4)
  • Experience with Core Data Services (CDS) and Virtual Data Models (VDM), Restful Application Programming (RAP) model and SAP Fiori Elements • Understanding and interest for new SAP technologies (BTP, CAP, SAP UI5, SAP Public Cloud). Experience is a plus.
