PMO Project Execution Manager (Fixed term contract for maternity leave)

What does the role involve?

The role of Project Execution Manager (PEM) is responsible for coordinating efforts of an entire team (Field Sales, Engineering, Logistics, etc.) to plan and execute large, complex projects from design phase to execution/fulfillment.
The PEM ensures that all projects are completed within schedule and without exceeding budget, as well as establishing and maintaining high level contacts with buying and non-buying customers on key projects. He/She is Hilti’s single point of contact on project execution for customers, field sales team, PMO and internal corporate departments.
PEM is also able to review project specifications/drawings and contract terms and conditions to understand scope of work required and ensure Hilti compliance during execution of work.

She/he ensures proper documentation of work throughout the project, including submittals, RFIs,

What do we offer?

What you need is:

Degree in Civil Engineer;
At least 2-3 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction field;
Excellent communication and networking skills;
Fluent in both Italian and English;
Experience using Microsoft Suite (Word, Excel, PPT, Visio), SAP, project management tools;
