What You’ll Bring

For our Future Leadership Pool, we look beyond functional expertise alone. We are interested in professionals who combine strong experience with potential and motivation to continue developing within an international organization.
You bring:

• An MBA or master’s degree in management and marketing in any digital marketing field.
• Approximately 8+ years of relevant professional experience in digital marketing / consulting.
• Demonstrated leadership experience in one of our key areas, such as brand, e-commerce or digital marketing.
• A proven ability to influence senior stakeholders and create impact in a matrix organization.
• Strong conceptual thinking and analytical skills, combined with a strategic mindset.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• An ambitious, growth-oriented mindset and the motivation to accelerate your development toward future global leadership opportunities.
• International experience, mobile, fluency in English, and ideally proficiency in an additional language.
