Strengthen supplier compliance and support digital improvements across our product portfolio.

Making our operations more digital and sustainable is a key element of Hilti’s group strategy. Our department drives product compliance, supplier data management, and digitalization initiatives across products and supply chains.
As a Working Student, you will play an important operational role in supporting business‑critical supplier and product compliance activities, with a strong focus on recurring and yearly supplier campaigns. In addition, you will have the opportunity to gain exposure to digital engineering, data, and advanced technologies, depending on your interests and skills.
Start month is August 2026, with a minimum duration of 6 months.

What You'll do

  • Support yearly supplier compliance campaigns and recurring product compliance activities
  • Work closely with supplier substance managers, regulatory experts, and internal stakeholders
  • Perform day‑to‑day operational work in SAP systems, supported by Excel and MS Office tools
  • Ensure data quality, completeness, and timely follow‑up with suppliers and internal teams
  • Support process improvements and documentation in product and supplier compliance
  • Opportunity to contribute to digital engineering, data analytics, automation, or AI‑based use cases, depending on interest and skills

What You’ll Bring

  • Enrollment in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program (e.g. Engineering, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Science, or related fields) for the entire employment period
  • Strong interest in structured operational work, data handling, and supplier related processes
  • Good MS Excel and MS Office skills
  • Willingness to work with SAP systems as part of daily operational tasks
  • Very good communication skills and fluency in English
  • Ability to work in a hybrid model and availability to be present on site when required
  • Student must be based in the Munich region
  • Nice to have (not mandatory):
  • Interest or initial experience in data analytics, automation, AI, or digital engineering tools
  • Basic understanding of product lifecycle management or compliance topics
