Assistant Training Manager / Training Manager (Hong Kong)

Develop and Engage people to achieve Outstanding Business Results

In this role, you will be a high-impact L&D professional to own and deliver leadership and culture training programs in Hong Kong, while contributing to regional leadership development initiatives and driving L&D operational excellence.

What You'll do

1. Training Delivery (Hong Kong Focus / Asia region occasionally)

  • Deliver Leadership program for first-level leaders (e.g. team leaders, supervisors)
  • Facilitate Company's Culture program.
  • Conduct Specific training to support business needs
  • Lead engaging, practical sessions in Cantonese / Occasionally in English

2. Regional Program Co-Development
  • Partner with Regional Leadership Training Lead to:
o Co-develop Leadership Academy content
o Adapt programs to evolving business needs
  • Bring Hong Kong market insights (frontline challenges, cultural context) into regional programs design

3. L&D Operations & Enablement across Asia Region
  • Learning Impact Measurement
o Track and evaluate training effectiveness and business impact
  • In-house system Platform Management (FUSE) & TMS
o Manage content, drive adoption, and monitor learning engagement
  • Training Planning & Coordination
o Own Hong Kong training calendar and program scheduling
o Coordinate with stakeholders across L&D, HR, and business teams

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree or above in HR or other majors of management.
  • Fluent Cantonese and English are a must. Mandarin is an advantage.
  • Proven experience in training delivery / facilitation, ideally in leadership or soft skills development
  • Strong ability to engage frontline teams and first-level leaders
  • Experience in learning programme coordination or execution
  • Exposure to content development or LMS/TMS platforms (e.g. FUSE) is an advantage
  • Ability to work successfully in a matrix organization, with courage to challenge the status quo.
  • 6+ years of experience as a senior L&D Professional in a matrix organization
