As a Record to Report IT Business Analyst, you will collaborate and work closely with other IT Business Analysts and IT Product Owners. Our team works together with Global Finance teams on key finance topics (e.g., General Ledger, Asset Accounting, Controlling, Financial Planning & Analysis) and we support primarily 2 ERP systems, i.e., SAP S/4HANA and SAP Business ByDesign. You will be involved in a project where we are implementing a new solution for our Financial Reporting and Planning process (OneStream) in the organization. There are many 3rd party systems integrated with our ERP systems, and we will work on system upgrades for better reliability. We are focusing on bringing the user centric as well as customer centric approach to implement advanced tools and services for our finance business across the world to bring business values.
What You'll do
As a Record to Report IT Business Analyst, you will learn about the business processes and support the design, development, testing and implementation of solutions in our ERP system (SAP S/4HANA and Business ByDesign) or interact with our multiple third-party applications. Simultaneously, you will be also involved in defining the processes together with business, developing system requirements, designing, prototyping, testing custom technology solutions, and supporting system implementation to maximize efficiency for a business model. On top of the projects, you will be actively working on supporting daily operational topics via our ticketing platform (ServiceNow – Requests / Incidents). You will work closely with highly competent team members within FICO IT to provide solutions for our business.
What You’ll Bring
- Bachelor or Master’s Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or in a related field. PHD is plus or an advantage.
- At least 5 years of experience as SAP FICO Consultant in SAP ERP 6.0 environment / S/4HANA in some of the the following areas: Finance (General Ledger, Assets, Controlling, Financial Reporting & Planning). Having experience in Tax reporting, SAP & Technical skills in ABAP are additional advantages.
- A good command of English (spoken and written) and willingness to grow in multicultural working environment.
- Ability to work closely with the Global Finance teams to define the process requirements and translating them into system configuration.
- Excellent communication skills, proactiveness in approaching knowledge, strong drive for success and high level of commitment into the role
