Finance Business Partner

The Finance Business Partner will act as a strategic collaborator to deliver financial results which drive current and strategic business priorities. You will influence, educate and support business leaders and team members to ensure business performance to achieve our growth strategy, and you will support and drive elements of the performance management and investment process of the company.

What You'll do

• Take ownership to drive responsible business partnering team performance, with particular emphasis on target setting and measurement, deal evaluation and recommendation to enable fact-based decisions balancing opportunities and risks.
• Deliver analysis and insights for performance drivers, forecast future trend, co-create solutions and participate in actions to improve results; including customer interactions.
• Facilitate business planning and performance management cycle; orchestrate OPEX management and investment decisions with various function stakeholders; provide practical counsel and demonstrate entrepreneurial behavior to drive results.
• Lead and contribute to local, regional, and global projects as assigned.
• Trains and coaches finance acumen cross-functionally.

What You’ll Bring

• Bachelor degree or above from a reputable university, MBA from a top business school will be a strong plus, CPA/CFA or other professional credentials preferred.
• 5 years of progressive finance management experience gained with well-known companies; with focus on strategy & business planning, financial planning & analysis, reporting, and business partnering. Experience with Consultancy or Advisory also strong plus.
• A fast learner and self-starter, entrepreneurial & strategic mindset, with the drive to make a difference.
• Analytical and conceptually savvy, strong attention to details, can dive deep and hands on while not losing the sight of a big picture, well organized and excellent follow-through skills.
• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate and present effectively to cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in English and Cantonese. Proficiency of Mandarin is a plus.
• A strong passion for people – actively seeking to develop self and others.
• High culture awareness with an adaptive leadership style.
• To be geographically flexible; strong motivation to pursue an international career with Hilti globally.
