Construction Project Manager - Energia

The CPM position leads a cross-functional team capturing construction projects, from initial design to execution, to achieve large portfolio share using Hilti solutions for all customers, shareholders, owners, EPC, specifiers and contractors.

What You'll do

  • Build and lead the team to maximize revenue and meet profitability (P&L) standards across a designated project portfolio
  • Manage the project portfolio in Brazil
  • Responsible for project management, including order execution
  • Responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders
  • Responsible for compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines
  • Responsibilities include travel (60% of your time)

What You’ll Bring

  • College graduation is required
  • Advanced English is required
  • Ability to negotiate at different hierarchical levels
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales targets and execution deadlines, while preserving quality and profitability
  • It comprises commercial, technical, logistical, financial, legal and other aspects related to the offer of complex solutions that combine product, services and software
  • Able to lead teams remotely, communicate at the top management level and across organizations, lead without direct reporting, mentor others, and work in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
