The CPM position leads a cross-functional team capturing construction projects, from initial design to execution, to achieve large portfolio share using Hilti solutions for all customers, shareholders, owners, EPC, specifiers and contractors.
What You'll do
- Build and lead the team to maximize revenue and meet profitability (P&L) standards across a designated project portfolio
- Manage the project portfolio in Brazil
- Responsible for project management, including order execution
- Responsible for managing internal and external stakeholders
- Responsible for compliance with local Hilti rules and guidelines
- Responsibilities include travel (60% of your time)
What You’ll Bring
- College graduation is required
- Advanced English is required
- Ability to negotiate at different hierarchical levels
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to orchestrate complex commercial deals, meeting sales targets and execution deadlines, while preserving quality and profitability
- It comprises commercial, technical, logistical, financial, legal and other aspects related to the offer of complex solutions that combine product, services and software
- Able to lead teams remotely, communicate at the top management level and across organizations, lead without direct reporting, mentor others, and work in a matrix organization and multicultural environment
