Intern - Customer insights (m/f/x)

What's the role?

You will play an active role in strategic projects aiming to identify opportunities and support business decisions. Together with experienced business partners you will contribute to the brand and product development, by implementing new ways of discovering insights and translating them into business recommendations, which will be used by the senior management on a global and local levels. This will help to drive key actions aiming to sustainably create differentiated products and win customers loyalty.

Start date: optimally March 2025, duration for at least 5-6 months.

What does the role involve?

As intern in our department, you’ll be part of the Customer and Market Insights team.
You will work on ad hoc market research and analytical projects to ensure customer centricity in the product development process and you will also support the tracking of customer loyalty.

Your key responsibilities will include:
1) develop and drive the use of social media analytics across the company to derive customer insights
2) support international market research and analytical projects to uncover customer insights, around portfolio management and customer satisfaction
3) present the outcome of your analysis to the multifunctional teams, to impact business decisions

What you need is:

  • Enrollment for the whole internship period in a Bachelor/Master’s program in business, marketing, sociology, psychology, market research or related fields
  • Analytical skills (working with multiple data sources, market research experience is a plus), project planning and priority setting
  • Passion for modern technologies and digitization in marketing
  • Internship experience, international experience (internship and/or exchange)
  • Ability to teamwork, effectively present and communicate in English
  • Engagement in extracurricular activities, high motivations and level of energy
