As a ECC Engineer, you will work as part of our Engineering Competence Centre (ECC), collaborating with multi-teams at Hilti China. This is a busy role inclusive of technical expertise, design and high level of communication skills and customer centric skills.

What You'll do
Design & model modular support system applications (pipe support, electrical support, HVAC support, Multiple-discipline support, 3D structure) based on Hilti sales team request from the customers, providing optimal solutions fulfilling technical, economic, and logistic boundary conditions, ensuring the adherence to relevant design codes and Hilti standards.
Ensure proper technical documentation including calculation reports, shop drawings, product drawings, etc.
Compile a bill of materials to support project bids and fulfilment, in coordination with sales and logistics team.
Travel domestically, visit and collaborate with clients on-site during design and construction phases, as required.
Firestop application material quantity calculation.
Anchor system loading performance calculation.
What You’ll Bring
Required: Bachelor's degree or above in Civil Engineering
Required: Proficient in using CAD drawing tools and structural calculation software (such as 3D3S)
Required: Good communication skills and team spirit
Bonus point: Possess certain English communication skills
