What's the role?
Join us to shape Hilti’s digital presence by transforming and optimizing web content for our redesigned platform. This role offers hands-on experience in content management and strategic communication, while spotlighting the innovation behind Hilti Support Systems and ensuring data quality across our global web shop. This is ideally a full-time mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) with a fixed duration of six months. We are specifically looking for candidates who are required to complete a Pflichtpraktikum as part of their academic program.

Our site in Lanzenkirchen, based in the south of Vienna, is Hilti´s Competence Center for Ventilated Façade and Installation Systems such as Pipe clamps and Heavy modular systems. As part of our Business Unit Installation, we provide product development, supply, marketing and engineering. Our highly motivated international team works together with colleagues from all over the world in an entrepreneurial environment to bring innovative new products to the market. The special atmosphere at our site is the result of heterogeneous teams, personal performance, teamwork and mutual support.
What does the role involve?
This role supports the relaunch of our website by reformatting and restructuring existing editorial and product content to fit the new layout, while coordinating with internal teams to prioritize updates. It involves close collaboration with marketing, product, and digital stakeholders to ensure content accuracy, consistency, and alignment with brand messaging. The candidate will maintain high standards of data quality across product listings in the online shop, ensuring consistency across regions and portfolios. Additionally, the role contributes to a strategic digital communication initiative that strengthens our online presence and supports the SPEC2SITE campaign by translating technical product information into clear, customer-facing content.

What you need is:
- Enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master's program in Business Administration, ideally with a focus on Marketing
- Already gained practical experience in companies and may have already had your first practical contact points in a marketing department
- Interest in developing digital content strategies, with a focus on marketing communication and adapting messaging for online platforms
- Familiarity with website structures and experience working within content management systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for data handling and PowerPoint for visual communication
- Strong written communication skills and ability to coordinate effectively across teams
- Need to complete a Pflichtpraktikum as part of their academic program

You will be classified under the collective agreement for the metal trade and compensated in accordance with the regulations for mandatory internships (Pflichtpraktikum). For the first two months of a mandatory internship (Pflichtpraktikum) within the same company per calendar year, the monthly compensation is €1534,67 gross. From the third month onward, the monthly compensation increases to €1918,34 gross.
