What's the role?
We are looking for a talented individual to join us as a Finance Intern to support both Regional Controlling and Regional Reporting & Audit Team in North Asia.
This is an excellent learning opportunity for process improvement and project management in a corporate environment, on topics related to the use of automation tools, change management campaign with brand building and video production exposure, as well as streamlining audit follow-up workflow.

What does the role involve?
- Take ownership to drive research on automation tools (e.g. Robotics Process Automation RPA, Copilot) applicable for finance team and potential implementation.
- Support Information Management (IM) change management, including but not limited to, IM Pills, IM end user survey, video production, brand building for reporting team through visual storytelling.
- Further revamp of Internal Control System (ICS) SharePoint and ICS remediation tracking tool; streamline audit follow-up process to strengthen collaboration and communication between region and local markets to ensure robust internal control.

What you need is:
- Eligibility to work full time in June to August 2025 in Hong Kong.
- Currently pursuing a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance or related discipline.
- Strong proficiency in data processing, automation tools such as Robotics Process Automation RPA and Copilot; video shooting & editing software; AI and survey tools (e.g. Slido, Menti); as well as Sharepoint.
- Good understanding and academic background in financial analysis, accounting, marketing in corporate environment.
- A fast learner with self-driven personality and proactive cross-team collaboration, excellent interpersonal skills, strong learning agility, and passion to drive change and influence stakeholders.
- Excellent command of written and spoken English; Mandarin is a plus.
