What's the Role?
We are looking for a Regional MM Planner, to join our Logistic team in Sofia. This position will be responsible for Regional single point of contact for all Material Management topics. Maintain the availability of the product for the customer at a high level at the same time as the optimal inventory level at the region. Communicate with all relevant stakeholders outside logistics and with colleagues inside logistics for creating better product availability. Drive materials management process to a higher level.

What does the role involve?
The role involves the following responsibilities:
- Daily collaboration with Sales team in ordering Hilti products.
- Supports reporting for the management of related KPIs to be reported to management on a regular basis.
- Creating activity-specific reports based on performance indicators.
- Identify opportunities for continuous performance improvement in Material Management.
- Stock management in HS (Hilti Store) and Van stock - setting minimum and maximum.
- Maintain ICLe and obsolescence on the target level.
- Management of HS (Hilti Store) and Van stock – creating and controlling of replenishment orders
- Organizing returns from HS to RDC (Regional Distribution Center)
- Analyze and provide the markets recommendations on setting optimal (compare cost, availability, and networking capital) product baskets with the right level of min/max and safety stock.
- Control level of obsolescence in the region and providing recommendations to the markets.
- Support projects or initiatives by providing data analysis and through continuous dialogue with other project members.
- Works effectively with the other departments of the company.
- Respect the confidentiality of any information related to the employer's activity.

What you need is:
- Higher education;
- Min. 2 years of successful working experience in a similar position;
- Computer literacy: proficient user of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Power Point, Outlook);
- Knowledge of VBA, PowerBI, SAP S4, BW;
- Strong analytical and organizational skills;
- Problem solving and decision making skills;
- High customer focus with a demonstrated willingness to take extra steps to satisfy internal and external customer requirements;
- Working knowledge of Transportation Requirements and Distribution Requirements;
- Verbal, written, and presentation communication skills;
- Works well under conditions of ambiguity and uncertainty
- Able to analyze the situation and connects the dots to define an effective solution
- Able effectively steer processes and achieve results;
- Knowledges of Lean techniques will be a plus
- Foreign languages: English at level B2 of the European language framework.
