What's the role?
The purpose of the role is to provide transparency and analytical support the Regional CFO, Sr. FPR&A Director and MO, HUB FBPs teams as well as other relevant stakeholders. The role involves ensuring the best possible financial information for business decisions to support sustainable, profitable growth and reliable execution of monthly/quarterly/yearly controlling tasks.

What does the role involve?
- Regional owner/expert of key financial master data, software, processes, and reports.
- Ensure quality and timeliness of information and expands the understanding of its underlining principles among the Finance Business Partner Team & relevant stakeholders.
- Support Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team by being the first point of contact for issues and questions.
- Challenges and improves current financial analytical processes/models, resulting in improved business decisions and productivity.
- Support FP&A Managers & FBP teams in shaping and executing the performance management cycle, including orchestration of all relevant stakeholders, rolling forecast, latest estimate, target setting and restatement process. Be the owner and champion for the tools supporting these processes in close collaboration with group controlling teams.
- Ensure accurate and efficient processes with Shared Service Center in financial accounting topics including month end closing, Profit & Loss Statement (P&L), Balance Sheet, statutory accounting, and annual audit.
- Submit HNA forecasts and actuals to the group for consolidation.
- Prepare monthly reports and submit data on financial and business results.
- Calculated selling variable compensation accruals & actuals, working with regional compensation team and FBP teams on ensuring accuracy and lower deviations from the forecast.
- Consistently propose innovative ideas for change & improvement.
- Drive standardization, automation, and process improvement.
- Train HNA managers on financial topics during formal and informal HNA training classes.
- Participates in projects within HNA and globally, on an as needed basis.
- Additional duties, as assigned.
