SFE/Business Intelligence Analyst(Salesforce/CRM)

WHAT'S THE ROLE?

The purpose of the role is to provide specialized services in the areas of Market Intelligence, Pricing, Territory Planning, and Analytics.
The successful candidate will, in the frame of Hilti’s direct sales model, continuously enhance our business operation foundation in all customer interacting activities, in order to improve our impact and productivity of the organization.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE INVOLVE?

1.Territory Planning

  • Lead Territory planning on Trimester, Yearly, and 3-yr basis by communicating strategic directions with Local Management team, Sales team, Region team, etc.
  • Drive strategic territory management by identifying new business opportunities and preparing investment decisions accordingly.
  • Drive territory effectiveness and productivity by monitoring territory performance and by identifying underperforming territories with root causes.
  • Maintain/enhance rules for territory design and sales allocation for fair and effective sales activities.
  • Support local Finance team for territory sales target setting.
2.Disciplined Sales Execution (DSE) & Account Development

  • CRM campaign management (Salesforce.com) - Capture various sales opportunities from relevant teams and create/train/monitor CRM sales campaign.
  • Train Sales forces with account development tools like CRM to maximize identified business opportunity.
  • Lead Sales team call planning process (Yearly, monthly, daily) to make sure high quantity and quality customer visits based on Hilti standard disciplined sales execution process.
  • Lead discussion on developing effective account development process with local Sales leadership and region team.
3. Data Quality (DQ)

  • Provide/maintain high quality data (customer sales data in SAP, customer potential, customer company or contact level information, etc.) to support local sales strategy building, customer segmentation, territory planning, digital marketing, etc.
  • Lead/enhance customer data managing processes on regular basis to maintain high quality customer and contact information.
  • Regularly provide prospective customer list to the customer master to support growth in market coverage.
4.Business Analysis

  • Provide strategic proposal through analysis and reports on ad-hoc basis according to the management direction.

HAT YOU NEED IS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree (Industrial Engineering Degree is advantageous), MBA is highly valued.
  • Minimum 7 years of professional experiences (including advanced education period) in strategic project management is a plus (e.g. Process creation/ optimization)
  • Proficiency in English
  • Very good knowledge of relevant IT support systems, especially Excel, SAP and PowerPoint.
  • Very strong at analytics from numerical agility combined with high level of accuracy and dedication to relevant details.
  • Good combination of conceptual drive and pragmatic target orientation - strategic and analytical mind set and sound change management skills.
  • Able to translate business needs of customers and Hilti into criteria and KPIs for design, management and steering of territories.
  • Ability to network extensively and communicate effectively across functions (e.g., sales, various marketing functions), management levels (e.g., general managers, and sales managers) and locations.
