Serve as a key finance business partner supporting the CFO and business leaders in driving performance management, financial planning, and business steering across MOKR. The role is responsible for delivering actionable financial insights, strengthening performance discipline, and supporting cross-functional initiatives that improve business results and operational efficiency.
What You'll do
1. Performance Management & FP&A
-Own and lead the end-to-end MOKR Performance Management Cycle (FP&A), ensuring robust planning, forecasting, and performance tracking processes
-Steer business performance by delivering timely, insight-driven analysis to leadership and facilitating fact-based decision-making
Drive continuous improvement of the sales and marketing related processes to strengthen frontline visibility and execution
-Monitor and challenge performance through key financial and operational KPIs, ensuring clear accountability and corrective actions
2. Strategic Business Partnering & Cross-functional value creation
-Act as a trusted finance business partner to functional leaders, actively shaping decisions to drive revenue growth, margin improvement, and resource allocation
-Challenge business assumptions with fact-based insights and provide forward-looking financial perspectives
-Lead and drive cross-functional initiatives (e.g., cost and working capital optimization, margin improvement etc.) with clear financial impact and measurable outcomes
-Expand influence across a broader stakeholder group not only local affiliate but also region and global finance community, strengthening Finance’s role in business steering and strategic execution
3. Financial Capability Building & Team Development
-Build organizational financial capability by delivering targeted training (e.g., Finance for Non-Finance, A&O, P&L), enabling better decision-making at all levels
-Foster a high-performance and collaborative team environment through regular feedback, coaching, and structured development discussions
-Develop team members through hands-on business exposure and stretch opportunities, strengthening both functional expertise and business acumen
-Lead continuous improvement of controlling processes through automation and simplification, improving efficiency, accuracy, and scalability
5. Leadership Communication & Visibility
-Lead preparation of business review materials for global leadership, ensuring clear, insightful, and impactful messaging
-Act as a communication bridge between global and local stakeholders, facilitating transparent and effective dialogue
-Increase visibility and influence by representing Finance in key leadership interactions and forums
What You’ll Bring
'-Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field required.
-KICPA or AICPA qualification preferred.
-Minimum of 9+ years of overall Finance experience, including at least 5+ years in FP&A and/or Controlling functions.
-Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
-Experience in AI initiatives, automation projects, or digital process improvement is a strong plus +
-Excellent communication skills in English & Korean
-Ability to identify areas of improvement to drive work effectiveness and efficiency, and lead necessary action to completion
-Positive attitude and mindset towards constant change
-This position requires a highly motivated individual with strong analytical skills, intellectual curiosity and proven leadership skills.
