Global Career Made Real
Are you ready to shape the future of a global business – and accelerate your own?
We’re looking for bold, curious, high‑performing master’s graduates who want to grow into tomorrow’s international leaders at Hilti.
Outperformer is our flagship global leadership development programme – a fast‑paced, immersive, two‑year journey designed to stretch your thinking, build your capabilities, and give you real responsibility from day one.
This is where your potential becomes real and plays a key role in achieving our purpose of Making Construction Better.
What You'll do
As an Outperformer, you’ll rotate through diverse roles and teams across our business, both locally and internationally. You’ll learn from experienced senior leaders, work on high‑impact projects, and grow through intentional coaching and mentoring – all while gaining a deep understanding of Hilti’s customer‑focused business model.
The Business Track has 4 rotations:
- 12 months as an Account Manager in Denmark - owning customer relationships and seeing our products and solutions come to life.
- 3 months on an operational project on DK’s HQ across areas like marketing, engineering, HR, logistics, or finance.
- 6 months on a strategic project at our Regional Headquarters in Manchester.
- 3 months on an international assignment outside Northern Europe.
What You’ll Bring
- You’ve graduated within 2 years of your application, or you’re preparing to graduate in 2026/2027, with a relevant master’s degree.
- Your degree is relevant to the track you're applying to – for Business Track we’re looking for business management, marketing, business economics, or similar.
- You have at least 3 months of international experience – working, studying, or volunteering abroad. You also might have worked in an international company with heavy international collaboration.
- You have less than 2 years of full-time professional experience.
- Fluency in both Danish and English, written and spoken, is a mandatory requirement. Candidates who do not meet this requirement will not be considered.
- You’re curious and committed, a flexible team player with excellent communication and social skills. You’re a global thinker, interested in general management topics, keen on intercultural experiences and opportunities working abroad.
- You have strong business acumen, a high learning agility, and the ability to perform effectively in a fast-paced environment with ambitious goals and competing priorities.
- You hold a full manual DK driving licence.
What’s In It for You
Show us your potential, and we’ll give you a once-in-a-lifetime development experience.
You’ll receive:
- A permanent contract from day one.
- International opportunities and exposure to senior leadership.
- Continuous coaching, mentoring, and tailored development.
- Introductory Global Summit: Experience 4 days at our global headquarters in Liechtenstein, featuring the presence of our Executive Board and Global Senior Leadership. The summit offers a comprehensive overview of our business, while fostering soft skill development and meaningful collaboration with fellow program participants.
- Social Project Summit: 7 days dedicated to building a better future, with contribution to a hands-on, high-impact community project. This experience offers the chance to immerse yourself in a different culture while actively improving living conditions for those in need.
- Leadership Summit: An enriching learning journey in partnership with the IMD Business School in Lausanne, featuring online modules and collaborative projects with fellow program participants. The experience concludes with a 5-day on-campus summit to deepen insights and to foster business and leadership skills.
