Technical Service Specialist - Construction background
This role is focused on supporting the South Core team on jobsite demos. The main objective is to drive product adoption through hands-on demonstrations, build relationships on site,
What You'll do
1. Jobsite demos
- Conduct product demonstrations on site (structural and non-structural applications)
- Focus on practical usage and showing VFM customers
- Support North Core team in demo execution across focus projects
- Visit jobsites regularly
- Identify contractors, subcontractors, installation teams, and decision makers
- Build relationships on site
- Convert demo activities into leads
- Work closely with Sales to ensure follow-up
- Track which demos lead to opportunities
- Share feedback from site including customer needs, competitor activity, and gaps
What You’ll Bring
