Large Projects Supply Planner

Driving reliable delivery and operational consistency through proactive execution and a customer-focused approach.

A Large Projects Supply Planner executes and coordinates inventory and reservation processes to support complex, multi-stakeholder projects. The role ensures accurate data in systems, manages stock reservations and material staging, and helps align requirements across teams such as PMO, Warehousing, Materials Management, and Product Modification.
It is a coordination-focused position, responsible for keeping demand inputs accurate, visible, and progressing to completion, while escalating risks—rather than making final decisions on inventory or production strategy.

o Release and allocate materials based on approved instructions.
o Resolve routine reservation conflicts using established guidelines.
o Ensure system accuracy through frequent checks.
  • Communication & Reporting
o Provide clear updates on material availability and order status to stakeholders.
o Flag potential risks early and escalate for resolution.
o Support team and other stakeholders with data collection for reporting and analytics.
  • Process Adherence & Improvement Support
o Follow documented procedures and standard operating procedures consistently.
o Participate in process audits and recommend improvements.
o Contribute to digital transformation efforts in line with Global Logistics strategy.
