What does the role involve?

As a Construction Solution Engineer, you’ll be working with our customers - construction companies, sales teams, contractors, architects, government bodies, and designers to drive the sales of specific products. This involves educating key influences on construction projects about the proper use, advantages, and value of Hilti solutions, with a view to securing their specification in the designs. It means - visiting job sites to assess design challenges and opportunities, giving technical advice, selling ideas, and providing problem-solving support to customers and Hilti sales team. This job involves finding new ways to sell Hilti products by looking at different customer groups and their specific needs. You'll also be responsible for making sure new Hilti products meet those needs, and helping the sales team sell a wider range of Hilti solutions.

Monthly gross salary 2400 EUR - 3200 EUR; half-year bonus system, company car, and three-level benefit packages.

What you need is:

  • A Bachelor`s degree or studies in civil or structural engineering is mandatory
  • Strong communication skills, with fluent Estonian and good knowledge of English
  • Passion to learn and drive to succeed
  • Good team player and motivator skills
  • An agile approach to solving problems and a results-driven attitude
  • Previous work and cooperation experience with construction companies will be considered an advantage
  • Driver's license B
