As a Credit & Collection Specialist, you will help drive healthy cash flow by ensuring customer accounts are accurately managed, reconciled, and collected on time. Reporting to the Credit & Collection Manager, you will work closely with customers, Sales, and Finance teams to support effective credit management while maintaining strong customer relationships and minimizing commercial risk.
What You'll do
Manage customer account reconciliations and respond to inquiries related to invoices and outstanding balances.
Review customer credit applications and assess credit eligibility.
Support the implementation of credit and collection policies.
Monitor and manage customer credit exposure.
Collaborate with Sales, Finance, and customers to resolve payment-related matters.
Negotiate payment plans and support timely collections.
Monitor payment trends and identify potential credit risks.
Contribute to process improvement initiatives and operational efficiency.
Ensure compliance with internal controls and risk management guidelines.
What You’ll Bring
UAE National with Family Book.
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
1-3 years of experience in Finance, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, Banking, or a related field is preferred.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Eagerness to learn and develop a long-term career in Finance.
Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
