Sales Engineer

Drive Technical Sales in Timber Construction. Build Impact with Purpose.

As a Sales Engineer, you will play a key role in developing and positioning Hilti’s solutions for timber construction and shipbuilding. This is a customer-facing, technical-commercial role where you will influence specifications, enable sales teams, and support business growth in a high-potential segment. You will collaborate cross-functionally and act as a specialized partner to key stakeholders in the industry.

What You'll do

Develop and position technical solutions for timber connections and shipbuilding applications.
Influence key stakeholders (specifiers, engineers, contractors) to drive specification and adoption.
Enable and support sales teams with technical expertise and customer insights.
Identify and develop strategic accounts, contributing to business growth and market expansion.

What You’ll Bring

3–5 years of experience in engineering, construction, or technical sales roles.
Exposure to timber construction, wood solutions, or related industries (preferred).
Strong commercial drive with the ability to execute and influence stakeholders.
High learning agility, teamwork mindset, and openness to feedback.
Fluent English (will be assessed during the interview process).
