What's the Role?

We are looking for a Human Resources Business Partner to join our Human Resources team in Buenos Aires!

What does the role involve?

Main responsibility will be to develop partnerships with teams and leaders for the implementation of our HR processes and policies. HRBP will lead the implementation of various engagement initiatives such as EVP development, training, benefits, among others. Additionally, will participate in designing and implementing people-related projects aligned with business priorities.

Key tasks:

  • Guide leaders and team members on relevant HR topics.
  • Manage and implement local human resources projects, as well as assist with global sector initiatives.
  • Handle salary-related matters such as merit increases, promotions, and contracts.
  • Conduct team leader introductions and local HR process training.
  • Train team leaders on people-related matters; provide guidance on HR processes/standards.

What you need is:

  • Completed university studies. A master’s degree is a plus.
  • At least 3 years of experience in the HRBP role and at least 6 years in the field of Human Resources in multinational companies. Solid experience in generalist tasks related to Labor Relations and Compensation is required.
  • Advanced English proficiency (mandatory).
  • International mobility is required. (must have)
  • The search is focused on profiles with good communication, organizational, initiative, teamwork, and resilience skills.
