  • Several years of experience delivering engineering work on complex projects, ideally in a multidisciplinary or construction related environment.
  • Proficiency with CAD tools, design software, and BIM related workflows, with the ability to ensure compliance with relevant codes and standards.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills, able to translate complex requirements into clear, optimized engineering solutions.
  • A structured, disciplined working style with strong time management skills and the ability to perform under pressure.
  • A collaborative mindset and the ability to coach, support, and positively influence others.
  • High learning agility, curiosity, and a commitment to continuous professional development
