As a Project Business Materials Manager (PBMM), you will play a key role in ensuring the success of our largest customer projects by translating market demand into reliable, lean, and efficient material supply solutions.
You will sit at the intersection of Sales, Project Management, Finance, and Supply Chain, orchestrating project demand through the S&OP process to ensure service levels while maintaining optimal level of inventory.

What You’ll Bring
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in materials management, inventory management, or supply chain planning, ideally in a project driven and/or manufacturing environment.
- English proficiency: Read, write, and have verbal communication in English at professional level is required
- Strong Analytical Capability: High data literacy with hands on experience using Excel (Power Query), Power BI, or similar tools to drive fact based decisions and achieve operational efficiency.
- Collaborative Leadership: A natural connector who can influence without authority and bring diverse stakeholders to alignment.
- Ownership & Proactivity: A solution oriented mindset with the courage to anticipate risks, challenge assumptions, and take decisive action.
- Systems Knowledge: Experience with SAP (MM / SD / APO), and JDA is an advantage.
