Development Engineer - LightWeight Design Intern
Assist the technical department in achieving product differentiation and the company's sustainability strategic goals by utilizing technical methodologies such as structural optimization, material selection, and topological analysis for product light weighting improvements.

What does the role involve?
1. Project management
- Define and manage a project plan based on the given project background, including defining project objectives, managing project schedules, budgeting, cost analysis, technical solutions and validation.
- Manage the project team, resource management, information communication, task allocation, and provide real-time progress reporting of the management team.
- Based on the research and analysis of existing products, explore feasible directions for lightweight design, including structural design optimization and material selection, and assist the design team in conducting feasibility analysis of design concepts by using design tools such as 3D modeling software and simulation software.
- Customize functional prototypes based on the finalized design concept and collaborate with the testing department to discuss and implement a verification plan for concept validation.

What you need is:
- Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, with a preference for majors in Mechanical Engineering, Materials Engineering, or related fields.
- Priority will be given to candidates who are familiar with 3D design software (such as UG, SolidWorks, etc.) or simulation software (such as NX, Ansys).
- Strong logical thinking, analytical skills, and a willingness to learn new technologies.
- Great communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to adapt quickly to dynamic work requirements.
