What does the role involve?

As a Project Execution Manager, you’re key responsibilities will be:

  • Engineering to Fulfillment Connection : Align engineering solutions with fulfillment implications, initiate discussions with internal teams and customers, and ensure a seamless customer experience in collaboration with the Construction Project Manager (CPM).
  • Project Planning & Coordination : Translate complex customer requirements into actionable work packages, develop and maintain detailed project plans, and coordinate with global and local stakeholders to meet project timelines and construction schedules.
  • Resource Management : Forecast and balance resource needs, ensuring key personnel (engineers, modelers, fulfillment specialists) are effectively allocated across projects.
  • Team Leadership & Engagement : Lead cross-functional project teams, prioritize tasks, and foster motivation through regular communication and collaboration. Mentor less experienced team members and promote a positive, high-performing team culture.
  • Risk Assessment & Change Management : Collaborate with CPMs to identify project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and maintain comprehensive change documentation to track project impacts and ensure stakeholder alignment.
  • Performance Monitoring : Track project health, including scope compliance, service quality, financials, and team performance, and implement actionable learnings for future projects.
Supply & Logistics Optimization : Develop supply and logistics concepts in collaboration with fulfillment managers, integrating input from engineering, supply chain, and market organizations.

Last year alone, we introduced 60 new products, services and software solutions to the global construction market.

You bring:

  • A master’s degree in Engineering, Architecture or related;
  • A PMP certificate;
  • At least 5 years of experience as a Project Manager in the construction industry;
  • Experience in identifying and mitigating risks in construction projects;
  • Strong stakeholder management
  • Preferably BIM knowledge
