What does the role involve?

As a Tool Service Centre Technician, your mission will be to deliver top-notch repair services for Hilti’s industry-leading tools. This includes working with a wide range of equipment – from angle grinders to diamond tools – and ensuring optimal quality, speed, and cost-effectiveness in every repair.
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting root cause analyses to troubleshoot and resolve tool issues.
  • Proposing innovative solutions to enhance repair efficiency.
  • Managing your own portfolio of tool repairs while collaborating with a supportive team.
  • Utilizing your technical and analytical skills to deliver exceptional results.

What you need is:

  • A technical degree (Electrical/Mechanical preferred).
  • Strong computer literacy and problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional communication skills in English (written and verbal).
  • A commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork.
  • A self-motivated, energetic, and outgoing personality.
  • A thirst for learning and a willingness to explore various business areas.
