What's the role?
We're currently on the lookout for a Fire Protection Specialist to join our Engineering & Sales team based in NSW.
This is an exciting role where you will be responsible for educating our customers, providing technical support, and driving sales of Hilti’s Fire Protection portfolio.

What does the role involve?
- Educating and consulting with design and decision-making parties within the fire protection space, concerning proper use of, and advantages of Hilti fire protection products.
- Providing professional educational seminars and presentations for firms to inform them of Hilti products, UL-AU certification, fire protection performance characteristics, applications, and product limitations.
- Providing competent recommendations to engineers, architects and other designers on specific applications using sound judgment in collaboration with Engineering colleagues where necessary.
- Obtaining approvals, specifications and, subsequently, purchases of Hilti products, concentrating on high potential influencers and specifiers.
- Working with local/regional code and approval agencies to obtain necessary approvals.

What you need is:
- Master's Degree
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering
- Knowledge of construction methods and practices
- Minimum 5 years of engineering sales experience in the construction industry
- Experience consulting and influencing key stakeholders (engineers, architects, inspectors, certifiers, and contractors) on the proper use of Fire Protection
- A valid Australian drivers license
