We are seeking a creative Marketing Content & Design Specialist to join our team in Panamá City. You will support brand consistency and content creation across our website Hilti Online, while helping drive engagement and visibility through SEO and digital assets tailored for our six markets in Latin America.

What does the role involve?

The purpose of the role is to provide specialized services in the areas of Digital/Online Marketing, E-Commerce, Web Content, and/or Search Engine Optimization.

Your key responsibilities would be to:

  • Create engaging and visually appealing content for Hilti Online, including banners and pop-ups, to enhance visibility and user interaction.
  • Lead the implementation and continuous improvement of the website’s SEO strategy to boost organic traffic and search engine performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing objectives.
  • Monitor and analyze content performance metrics to optimize future campaigns and digital initiatives.

What you need is:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, or a related field.
  • 3–5 years of experience in digital content creation, ideally in a regional or multi-market context.
  • Strong command of English (mandatory), plus fluency in Spanish or Portuguese.
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content design and updates.
  • Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and ability to ensure content accuracy (e.g., working links, correct URLs, no editorial errors).
  • Experience managing and updating web content, including landing pages, pop-ups, and banners.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines independently.
  • A proactive mindset with a willingness to learn, propose new ideas, and go the extra mile.
  • Previous experience in digital agencies or fast-paced environments is a plus.
  • Familiarity with Google Analytics and basic performance tracking tools.
  • Copywriting skills and attention to detail are highly valued.
