What's the role?

Take this exciting opportunity to join and support our multinational and fun to work Talent Acquisition Team to source and hire top-notch employees.

Start date is flexible to the student's availability, duration for at least 6 months.

What does the role involve?

You will be joining a dynamic, forward-thinking Talent Acquisition team, where creativity and strategy come together to make an impact. This is a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in HR recruitment projects while contributing to the team’s daily operations. Key responsibilities include:

  • Coordinating interviews across various functions to ensure a seamless candidate experience
  • Screening CVs and video interviews to identify top talent
  • Supporting the organization of our Outperformer Assessment Center

What you need is:

  • Bachelor or Master student in business or related fields for the entire internship
  • Well organized and structured approach to work
  • Excellent on MS products such as Excel and Power Point, PowerBI is a plus
  • Excellent written, verbal and communication skills (in English)
  • Proactive and wanting to make an impact
