What's the Role?

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is part of the Middle East, Turkey & Africa (META) Talent Acquisition team and contributes to our global vision as an employer of choice. The person in this role will lead and manage the end to end recruitment process, as well as generating and nurturing talent pipelines, for Sub Region Gulf (UAE, Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait) and support with recruitment activities for additional META markets.

What does the role involve?

Within the end to end recruitment process, you will work in close partnership with your hiring managers and local and regional HR teams from the moment you receive a request to recruit. You will perform necessary tasks using our hiring platforms; source, screen and interview candidates; organize stakeholder interviews, and present final offers to candidates, all the while offering a best in class candidate experience.

In this role you will manage referrals and external talent pools through our Talent Relationship Management (TRM) platform and build a bench/pipeline of candidates for future recruitment needs, you will also support where needed with internal talent pools with the organization of local assessment centers and internal interviews.

Additionally, as part of this role you’ll support your markets in attracting local talent through social media strategies and employer branding related to talent attraction and localization needs. You will work in collaboration with the regional team on university partnerships to develop and maintain relationships with target schools to support your market on all topics related to university recruiting.

What you need is

  • Minimum of 4 years professional experience in a recruitment or talent acquisition role, with experience in managing the full cycle recruitment process
  • Evidence of working as a recruitment partner with key stakeholders, across a multi-national matrix organization
  • Advanced written and verbal proficiency, with the ability to communicate effectively with cross functional team members (local and international) and management
  • Deep understanding of recruitment tools and systems, including search methods and applicant tracking systems
  • Strong follow-up and on-time execution and a proactive approach in identifying overall business hiring needs
  • High candidate centricity mindset, providing a best-in-class candidate experience
