What's the role?
The Human Resources Analyst is the primary advanced report writer and data auditor for the Human Resources People Services function. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, data management and ensuring compliance to internal controls and external state and federal governing agencies, as well as advanced level system testing and special projects.

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, or business-related field, required
- Master’s Degree in business, Human Resources, data science, or related fields, preferred;
- Minimum three (3) to five (5) years’ related professional experience with data and analytics, preferred
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years’ related professional experience with HR Reporting or HRIS
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years’ experience actively creating impactful communication and presentation via PowerPoint, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization mediums.
- Minimum one (1) to two (2) years’ experience advanced report writing
- Excellent communication (verbal, written, presentation) skills; understand and communicate analysis with individuals in a wide range of strategic and executional roles, with intuitive understanding of what the analysis implies and how it would be affected by changes in assumptions
- Proven ability to extract a story from raw data, through deep data analysis
- Expert in using Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, graphs) and PowerPoint required; expertise in building, maintaining, and leveraging data visualization software such as Power BI or Tableau preferred
- Ability to think creatively and strategically; take a hands-on approach with a technical aptitude
- Ability to multi-task and change priorities in a fast-paced environment while effectively managing deadlines
- Ability to keep information confidential and commitment to producing high quality work
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Strong interpersonal, teamwork, and organizational skills
- Strong stakeholder management skills to understand stakeholder needs, negotiate requirements and timelines, and communicate solutions
- Excellent detail orientation and organizational skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
