What's the role?
As a Project Manager in Marketing Technology, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, execution, and delivery of marketing technology projects. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget. Your role will involve coordinating efforts between marketing and technology teams to drive innovation and efficiency in marketing initiatives.

What does the role involve?
- Lead and manage marketing technology projects from initiation to completion, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Coordinate cross-functional teams, including developers, architects, marketers, and stakeholders, to ensure seamless project execution.
- Develop and maintain project plans, schedules, and budgets, and track project performance using appropriate tools and techniques.
- Identify and mitigate risks and issues that could impact project success, and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Communicate project status to stakeholders through regular updates, reports, and presentations.
With Engagement Marketing we are actively reshaping the concepts of marketing and sales at Hilti in the future. And if it were not enough, this will all happen from a newly established global Digital Marketing and sales team, located in a new best-in-class office in Paris/ Boulogne-Billancourt

What you need is:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 2-3 years of relevant work experience in marketing technology or a related industry.
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in marketing technology or a related industry, with a track record of successful project delivery.
- Strong knowledge of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall) and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, MS Project).
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to manage and motivate teams.
- Problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to think strategically and make data-driven decisions.
- Strong presentation skills to effectively communicate project details and status to stakeholders.
