What does the role involve?
In this dynamic and crucial role, you will be at the core of our product labelling process, ensuring that every nameplate on our devices is accurate and compliant – because here, every detail matters!
You will take charge of the technical editing of labels, adapting them to meet country-specific requirements. You will also collaborate closely with colleagues on new product development, advising on the selection and placement of labels and assisting with the creation of country-specific variants.
Your role will involve gathering and synthesizing all necessary information while maintaining a comprehensive overview, working independently, and effectively communicating with various business units at our development center to make informed decisions.
You will also document nameplates content thoroughly, leveraging existing database systems to organize and structure the information efficiently. Your meticulous approach will play a key role in upholding the high quality of our products. Additionally, you will identify opportunities to improve work processes, coordinate with the team, and implement solutions collaboratively.

What you need is:
- Completed technical or commercial training
Initial professional experience in product labeling or technical documentation is a plus - Knowledge of ECTR, Grips, and Adobe Illustrator is advantgeous
- Exceptional precision and attention to detail in work
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of tasks
- Structured and organized working style
- Willingness to assume responsibility and make decisions
- Strong proficiency in English, German is a plus
