What You'll do
Define and execute the global quality strategy across business units
Oversee product release, supplier management, and preventive quality actions
Drive operational improvements to strengthen performance and compliance
Lead and develop international teams and supplier networks
Engage with senior leadership to support strategic business decisions
What You’ll Bring
Hold a Master’s degree in Chemical Engineering or a related field
Demonstrate expertise in Quality Management and Supplier Quality
Lead international teams (5+ people) with strong interpersonal skills
Apply experience in industrial mass production (chemical/mechanical)
Communicate fluently in English and travel internationally as needed
