What does the role involve?
In the position of Technical Engineer, you will work on team projects within the Baltics engineering department. You will be responsible for the preparation of drawings for designers and the visualization of technical solutions by Hilti software. You will provide technical assistance to sales team colleagues and part of your job will be as well preparation of necessary certificates and specifications for our customers. During your work, we expect you to ensure self-control in terms of project and quality management for your area of responsibility. This job also includes up to 5% field visits to key construction sites and customers.

What you need is:
- A Bachelor`s degree or studies graduation in civil, structural, or mechanical engineering (this is a mandatory requirement);
- Strong communication skills, with fluent Latvian and good knowledge of English;
- Passion to learn, drive to succeed, and get things done;
- Willingness to work on different projects and tasks in parallel and show a strong team-player approach;
- Basic understanding of static analyses and ability to explain results to our customers;
- Extensive knowledge of AutoCAD and other CAD systems.
