The purpose of this role is to support the Learning & Development function in a non-trainer capacity through the administration, implementation, and continuous improvement of learning solutions, learning technologies, knowledge resources, and digital capability initiatives.
The role supports learning communities, manages learning and performance support resources, contributes to the execution of special projects, and helps evaluate, implement, and promote emerging learning technologies, including AI-enabled solutions that improve learning effectiveness, productivity, and employee experience.
What You'll do
- Monitor emerging technologies in AI, learning, knowledge management, collaboration, and workforce productivity, and assess their relevance for Hilti.
- Translate business and user needs into practical use cases, prompt frameworks, learning resources, and performance-support tools.
- Support pilots and implementation of new learning technologies by testing solutions, gathering feedback, documenting lessons learned, and recommending improvements.
- Help embed AI-enabled solutions into learning and knowledge workflows to improve productivity, learning effectiveness, and employee experience.
- Curate and maintain knowledge repositories, resource libraries, best practices, and AI-related guidance so employees can quickly find and apply relevant information.
- Drive adoption through clear communication, community engagement, user support, stakeholder coordination, and data-informed continuous improvement.
What You’ll Bring

Here’s what you’ll bring:
- Bachelor’s degree in learning and development, business, technology, human resources, or a related field; equivalent relevant experience will also be considered.
- Experience implementing or supporting learning technologies, digital learning solutions, knowledge platforms, or AI-enabled workplace tools.
- Ability to translate user and business needs into practical use cases, resources, and performance-support solutions.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft 365, learning platforms, knowledge tools, content applications, and emerging AI technologies.
- Strong analytical, project-management, communication, facilitation, and cross-functional stakeholder-management skills.
