Accountant - Intern

In your role as an Accountant Intern, you will support the Finance team in daily accounting activities and gain practical experience in a professional business environment. You will work closely with the Finance team and support accurate financial transactions, reporting, and documentation.

This internship will give you the opportunity to develop your accounting knowledge, gain exposure to finance processes, and understand how a global organization manages its financial operations.

What You'll do

As an Accountant Intern, you will support the Finance team with a variety of accounting and administrative activities, including:

Supporting accounts payable and accounts receivable activities.
Assisting with invoice verification, processing, and documentation.
Supporting purchase-to-payment processes.
Supporting the preparation of financial reports and basic analysis.
Maintaining accurate financial records and supporting documentation.
Assisting with month-end closing activities.
Supporting the Finance team with internal and external audit requirements.
Coordinating with internal teams and shared services on finance-related activities.
Supporting data entry and maintaining finance-related files and records.
Assisting with finance projects and process improvement initiatives.
Following company policies, procedures, and internal controls.
Taking ownership of assigned tasks and continuously developing accounting knowledge.

What You’ll Bring

a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
Available for an internship.
Basic understanding of accounting principles.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Ability to organize tasks and meet deadlines.
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with the team.
Fluency in English and Arabic.
High learning agility and a positive, proactive approach.
