Firestop Account Manager

You are expected to develop your assigned territory by providing professional product knowledge, market insights, and service excellence

What You'll do

1. Conduct regular customer visits and maintain strong client relationships.
2. Demonstrate professional product, market, and service knowledge to develop and grow key accounts.
3. Proactively identify and acquire new business opportunities with a strong drive to win.
4. Prepare and submit required documentation for approval in accordance with company procedures.
5. Support the sales team in resolving issues encountered at key customer accounts.
6. Track, monitor, and manage project progress to ensure successful execution.

What You’ll Bring

1. Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience; experience in machinery, construction, engineering products, or related technical sales is highly preferred.
2. Knowledge of fire protection systems, project management experience, or related industry exposure is a plus.
3. Self-motivated, proactive, and able to work independently.
4. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
5. Proficient in using Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems to manage and develop customer accounts.
6. Possess a valid driver's license, comfortable with frequent business travel by car, and willing to work in construction site environments when required.
