What's the role
Hilti Sweden’s marketing is looking for new colleagues! We’re on the hunt for a Product Manager to join us at our Malmö headquarters. This role entails responsibility for a defined product portfolio for the Swedish market and helps drive our Safety agenda. You’ll work at the intersection of marketing, sales, supply chain and compliance—turning strategy into concrete actions that improve how our offering performs in the market. Working closely with the business and influencing key stakeholders, the Product Manager will make a significant difference in product availability, pricing, customer experience, and fostering safe working practices.
What You'll do
You are the owner of your product portfolio — responsible for its performance, positioning, and development in the Swedish market. You'll also coordinate Safety-related topics across the business and serve as the primary point of contact for our sales team, handling questions on products, pricing, and availability to make sure our Account Managers have what they need to succeed in the field. Responsibilities include:
- Own the product vision and roadmap, aligned with business goals and customer needs.
- Be responsible for pricing topics for your portfolio
- Serve as the go-to resource for the sales team on product and portfolio-related questions, issues, and requests
- Lead cross-functional initiatives together with the Marketing Operations Manager (across product areas and teams)
- Deliver product-specific opportunities across trades to ensure opportunities for future growth
- Drive continuous improvement of the product and ways of working
- Own the local Safety agenda (e.g., vibration, dust, and ergonomics)
- Execute initiatives end to end, balancing hands-on delivery with clear communication and presentations to senior leadership
- Own and organize your work proactively, setting structure, prioritizing effectively, and following through even when the to-do list is long
What You’ll Bring
We are looking for someone with:
- An education in marketing, business administration, engineering, or a related field — or equivalent experience. What matters is what you bring, not how you got here
- Experience in product marketing, category management, trade marketing, or a commercial sales role with a clear path toward marketing. We welcome career changers with strong business instincts
- Ability to drive results in a cross-functional or matrix environment, influencing stakeholders without direct authority
- Commercial acumen and comfort with pricing, portfolio performance, and data-driven decision-making
- Strong communication skills in Swedish and English
What’s In It for You
At Hilti, you get more than just a role. You get responsibility, development, and the opportunity to make an impact.
- A central position in a market-leading global company with strong local presence
- Clear ownership and mandate within your area of responsibility
- A caring and performance oriented culture where collaboration and trust are key
- Opportunities for continuous learning and long-term career development
- For strong performers, a genuine path to an international career — your next move could take you outside of Sweden and into one of our 120 markets worldwide
- A workplace where your ideas, structure and drive are valued
