We are looking for an experienced IT Product Owner(s) with strong leadership capabilities to develop strategic product roadmaps, drive global digital products, strategic initiatives, and transformation programs across Hilti's global organization.
Beyond product ownership, this role serves as a strategic leader responsible for shaping long-term product strategy, influencing enterprise-wide decisions, and ensuring delivery of measurable business value across regions and functions. You will work closely with global stakeholders and leadership to design and implement best-in-class digital products that support our expanding organisation.
What You'll do
In this role, you will be responsible for defining product direction and driving the successful delivery of digital solutions across global enterprise business and technology domains.
You will:
- Define and communicate a clear global product vision, strategy, and roadmap aligned with business objectives.
- Own, manage and prioritize the product backlog to maximize value delivery.
- Partner with global business stakeholders and technology teams to translate requirements into impactful solutions.
- Ensure all products and platforms comply with global IT security standards and architectural guidelines.
- Collaborate with Solution Architects to design and implement the optimal architectural approach for product solutions.
- Leverage user insights, business needs, and performance metrics to drive product decisions and continuous improvement.
- Foster collaboration across global cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes and adoption.
What You’ll Bring
'- Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, or a related field. Master's Degree is an advantage.
- At least 5 years of relevant professional experience, including a minimum of 3 years in Product Owner, Product Management, Business Transformation, or related leadership roles.
- Proven experience translating business needs into product strategies, roadmaps, and successful outcomes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence decisions across organizational boundaries.
- High energy level, growth mindset, and strong business acumen.
- Excellent planning, conceptual, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong interpersonal, influencing, and communication skills with the ability to explain complex topics to diverse audiences.
- Experience working with agile methodologies and cross-functional product delivery teams.
