IT Business Analyst- Large Projects (TRM)

As the IT Business Analyst Task and Resource Management (TRM), you will drive the digitalization and optimization of Large Projects business processes through workflow management, process automation and related digital solutions. ClickUp currently serves as a key platform within this landscape. This role helps Large Projects business work more efficiently by organizing, simplifying, and improving how work is planned, tracked, and delivered through ClickUp.

What You'll do

You will work closely with business stakeholders, IT teams, and external partners to design, implement, and continuously improve processes that increase efficiency, transparency, and operational excellence across the organization. This role requires strong business analysis capabilities, process design expertise, stakeholder management skills, and a passion for digital transformation. You will act as the primary bridge between business teams and IT delivery teams, ensuring that business requirements are translated into scalable, sustainable, and user-friendly solutions. You will be responsible for supporting and enhancing ClickUp-based solutions, integrating them with other platforms, and driving adoption across Large Projects, Engineering, and PMO.

Key responsibilities:

  • Partner with business stakeholders to understand challenges, opportunities, and operational needs.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications, user stories, process flows, and solution designs.
  • Configure and optimize workflow management platforms, digital processes, dashboards, automations and reporting solutions, with ClickUp currently being the primary platform.
  • Drive end-to-end process integration across ClickUp, enterprise applications and reporting platforms to create scalable and sustainable digital workflows.
  • Design and develop dashboards, KPIs, and reporting solutions to improve visibility and decision-making.
  • Support end-to-end solution delivery from ideation and requirements through implementation, rollout, adoption, and operation.
  • Collaborate with the Product Owner and technical teams on backlog refinement and requirement prioritization by providing business analysis, dependencies, solution options, and implementation considerations.
  • Shape and coordinate the integration of ClickUp with surrounding IT systems by analyzing end-to-end processes and defining integration requirements and data flows to enable automation and reduce manual handoffs.

What You’ll Bring

  • Bachelor’s degree in information management, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with demonstrated interest and experience in IT and digital solutions.
  • 3+ years of relevant experience in IT, business analysis, digital workflow solutions, project management solutions, or engineering-related digital solutions
  • Has experience with workflow management platforms such as ClickUp, ServiceNow, Jira, or similar solutions; hands-on ClickUp experience is a strong advantage.
  • Understands project delivery, engineering, PMO, or operational business processes
  • Has strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities
  • Willingness and proven ability to learn
  • Courage to challenge and desire to improve things
  • Strong communication skills (English is a must)
