What’s the role?
As our Financial Controller, you will be responsible for the full financial performance and planning cycle of the Market Organization. As a trusted business partner to senior management, you will provide financial insights, support strategic decision-making, and help drive business performance.
What You'll do
You will work closely with the CEO, Sales and Marketing Directors, supporting strategy execution, financial planning, and business steering across the organization.
Key responsibilities include:
- Month-End and Year-End Closing processes
- Financial Planning (Rolling Forecast & Game Planning)
- Driving and supporting cross-functional and regional projects
- Performance monitoring and result evaluation
What You’ll Bring
- Czech or Slovak speaker
- Background in Finance, Business, Economics, or a related field
- University degree
- Fluent English
