Learning & Development Analyst (Contract)

Potential Unlocked. Growth Made Real.

Are you a fresh graduate looking to kick start your career in HR? We are looking for a proactive, passionate, and people-centric Learning & Development Analyst who enjoys working with people and has a genuine passion for learning and people development. This role focuses on coordinating learning programmes, maintaining our learning platform, supporting employee engagement, and delivering assigned HR projects. You will also explore digital tools and AI to improve coordination efficiency, with opportunities to gradually develop skills in identifying training needs, designing learning experiences, and facilitating workshops.

What You'll do

You will coordinate learning programmes and workshops, including scheduling, participant communication, training logistics, learning materials, and feedback collection. Working closely with colleagues, internal stakeholders, and external providers, you will help ensure programmes run smoothly. You will support the day-to-day maintenance of our learning platform, keeping content, programme information, and learning records accurate and up to date, with guidance and training provided.

You will also support employee engagement activities and lead and coordinate assigned HR projects, with guidance from the team. This includes tracking timelines, organising activities, communicating with stakeholders, and following through on deliverables. You will explore opportunities to use digital tools and approved AI solutions to streamline routine coordination, communications, and reporting, while checking accuracy and handling information responsibly. As your experience and confidence grow, you will support training needs identification, contribute to learning content and programme design, and progressively take on workshop facilitation.

What You’ll Bring

You are curious, organised, and enthusiastic about helping people learn and grow. You enjoy connecting with others, communicate clearly, and pay attention to the details that make activities run smoothly. You are comfortable exploring technology and willing to learn how to maintain learning platforms and use AI thoughtfully to improve everyday work. You take initiative, follow through on commitments, and welcome feedback, with a desire to build your confidence in engaging stakeholders and leaders and grow into broader L&D responsibilities.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Education, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • 0–2 years of relevant experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, and confidence in learning new digital tools.
  • Interest in learning platform administration and exploring AI to improve coordination and productivity. Prior technical expertise is not required.
  • Exposure to event coordination, project work, training, employee engagement, or digital platforms through internships, university activities, or employment is an advantage.
