Internship – Product Management (AI, IoT & Automation in Construction) (m/f/x)

Where Plans Become Real Progress

Construction is going digital, and someone has to decide what gets built. As a Product Management Intern for our AI, IoT & Automation portfolio, you will get a real seat at that table: working with connected equipment, usage data, and the people building the next generation of construction tech. You will support a global senior product manager and be prepared to become a future product manager.

This internship position has a flexible start date and runs for 6 months. Required travel is up to 10%.

What You'll do

In this role, you will:

Analyze customer requirements and translate them into product requirements. Support prioritization decisions: what ships next, what waits, what gets cut. Run pieces of projects end to end, owning timelines, stakeholders, and follow-through. Sit in on customer and field conversations, turning messy input into clear requirements. Challenge assumptions; if an idea doesn't hold up, you'll be expected to say so.

What You’ll Bring

To succeed in this role, you will bring:
· Ambitious self-starter energy: proactive, positive, and able to create momentum in ambiguous situations.
· Bachelor's or Master's student in Business, Engineering, IT, or a related field, actively enrolled.
· Strong critical thinking; you question the brief before you execute it.
· Comfortable working with data (Excel, SQL, or BI tools) to spot patterns and support decisions.
· Basic project management skills; able to plan, track, and follow through independently.

What’s In It for You

We really value our people, and we've worked hard to develop a reward package that reflects this, creating your future to be just how you would want it. Some of our benefits include:

  • Diverse global headquarters community of over 2,100 colleagues from 70 nationalities.
  • Flexible and trust-based working model including remote work, workation and sabbaticals.
  • Inclusive culture supported by more than 60 employee-led activity networks.
  • Modern campus with onsite gym, restaurants, mobility benefits and outdoor activities.
  • Opportunities to contribute to social impact initiatives both locally and globally.
