Senior Financial Controller (m/f/d) – International Finance Career / CFO Track (Full-Time)

We are looking for future leaders and CFOs of tomorrow! Have you already gained initial professional experience in Controlling, Accounting, auditing, or consulting? Are you pursuing an international career as a Finance Director or CFO? We offer you the opportunity to join the Finance function of the Hilti Group in an exciting development role. As a Senior Finance Controller within the Regional Controlling Team for Hilti Central Europe, you will play a key role in financial steering and decision support for the Hub, while further broadening your experience through collaboration on global initiatives and projects.

What You'll do

As a Senior Financial Controller, you support the organization across the full spectrum of financial performance management and work closely with senior management and international Finance teams. As a key business partner, you contribute to the financial steering and development of the company. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing, coordinating, and executing all FP&A and controlling activities
  • Responsibility for monthly and year-end closings as well as planning, forecasting, and cost control processes
  • Analyzing company performance and advising senior management on sales, margin, cost, and profit development
  • Evaluating business cases and supporting strategic decisions
  • Collaborating with international Finance teams and contributing to cross-functional projects
  • Developing and implementing solutions while building an international network within the Hilti Group

What You’ll Bring

  • Completed master’s degree with a focus on Controlling or Finance
  • 3–5 years of professional experience in Controlling, preferably in an international corporate environment
  • A proven track record of applying strong analytical skills and goal-oriented thinking
  • Enjoyment of working with diverse people and strong communication skills across functions and hierarchical levels
  • Excellent command of all MS Office applications; SAP knowledge is an advantage
  • Fluency in English
  • High international mobility and a clear ambition to grow into a leadership role, including willingness to relocate and travel
