In the role of a Business Analyst for Talent Solutions, you will join our global Human Resources IT team and contribute to solutions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.
Working closely with HR experts, IT colleagues, and external partners, you will translate business needs into innovative digital solutions that help Hilti attract, hire, develop, and retain talent worldwide. You will work with leading technologies and global platforms, focusing on process improvement, user experience, and emerging innovations such as AI.
The position is full-time and based in our strategic IT office in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. You will be part of an international team located in Malaysia and Switzerland.
What You'll do
As a Business Analyst, you will help shape the future of Talent at Hilti by partnering with HR, IT, and external vendors to deliver innovative digital solutions across Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, and Learning & Development.
You will work closely with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into impactful solutions that create value for employees, managers, recruiters, and candidates worldwide. In addition, you will contribute to global initiatives that improve how Hilti attracts, hires, develops, and retains talent, while driving process improvements, enhancing user experiences, and supporting the evolution of our Talent platforms. Together with an international team, you will explore emerging technologies and innovations, including AI-powered solutions, helping to shape the future of Talent at Hilti.

- A Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration with Cumulative Grade Point Average > 3.5 or similar grading.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Affinity to Human Resources and Talent processes.
- Willingness to work closely with business counterparts and good stakeholder management & communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills and team player approach with the ability to connect with global partners to bond, inspire, influence and accomplish goals.
- Fluent in English (verbal and written).
