What's the role?

The purpose of the role is to partner with the business to attracting, hire and onboard of the best people. The role involves collaborating and consulting with business leaders and hiring managers on strategic and tactical recruitment plans. The job holder works with the HR Business Partners to research, identify and attract external talents to Hilti through various executive sourcing, networking and search strategies designed to diversify and develop the external talent pipeline. The job holder must identify and screen external leadership talent on a global level through networking, relationship building and development of an external talent community for Hilti.

What does the role involve?


As a TA Partner, you will play a critical role in driving end-to-end recruitment efforts, ensuring the organization attracts and hires top-tier talent in a competitive market. You will partner closely with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and develop tailored sourcing strategies, while also enhancing the overall candidate experience and recruitment process efficiency.

Lead full cycle of Recruitment and Proactively Hiring the Best

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process with Hiring Managers, including conducting job evaluations, understanding hiring needs and team dynamics, partnering with hiring managers to assess candidates’ capabilities and fit, and facilitating their onboarding.
  • Deliver consistent and standardized recruitment processes, identifying the right channels to hire the best talent for the company.
  • Think ahead and creatively to build a strong talent pipeline, maintain contact with past applicants, engage passive candidates, and create a robust talent network.
  • Lead the onboarding process and fully integrate new joiners to succeed with the Hilti Journey.
  • Develop review mechanisms to evaluate and monitor the quality of recruitment.
  • Maintain accurate candidate records in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) and ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulations.
  • Contribute to other HR initiatives, such as referral programs, recruitment process improvements, and diversity hiring strategies.
  • Initiate and support various Talent Acquisition projects, including developing strong university partnerships and implementing People Development tools to ensure a strong talent pipeline.
  • Support employer branding initiatives such as job fairs, campus recruitment, social media presence, and employee ambassador programs.
  • Bring and execute innovative ideas to develop and accelerate talent hires.
Manage HR Projects and other ad-hoc requests
  • Lead and implement local and Regional HR Projects to improve recruitment efficiency and candidates experience, and partner with leaders and employees to create an engaging work environment.
  • Continuously provide world-class customer service to the business and candidates
  • Continuously seek for process improvement
  • Support implementation of Regional or Global HR projects

What you need is:

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 3-5 years of experience as a recruiter (either in-house or with a staffing agency).
  • Proven ability to partner with business stakeholders to fully understand their needs.
  • Strategic thinker with the ability to handle a variety of operational tasks; must be hands-on and willing to engage in day-to-day activities.
  • Strong resilience to tackle recruitment challenges.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize activities effectively, including managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with experience managing internal and external stakeholders at all levels and building strong relationships with external vendors.
  • High proficiency in written and spoken English and Mandarin.
